Tiffany’s expertise is rooted in her lifelong pursuit of health and performance. Since her own hormonal and menstrual issues began at age 17, she has been an avid researcher of human performance and holistic therapy, which led her to nearly 25 countries studying yoga, physical therapy, energy medicine, eastern philosophy, indigenous ceremonial practices and earth-based wisdom. With a degree in sports medicine, she has coached teams and individuals, managed fitness centers and yoga studios and developed educational programs over the last 17 years. She currently serves as Senior Director of Learning and Development for EXOS, a global leader in proactive health and performance. Tiffany resides in Colorado, native land of the Arapaho, with her fiance, Aaron and four year-old son, Tre.

Tiffany’s expertise is rooted in her lifelong pursuit of health and performance. With a degree in sports medicine and a passion for mindset and recovery, she has coached teams and individuals, managed fitness centers and yoga studios and developed educational programs over the last 17 years. She currently serves as Senior Director of Learning and Development for EXOS, a global leader in proactive health and performance.
Since her own hormonal and menstrual issues began at age 17, she has been an avid researcher of human performance, holistic therapy and healing. Her journey has led her to nearly 25 countries while studying therapeutic yoga, physical therapy, Ayurveda, energy medicine, eastern philosophy, indigenous ceremonial practices and earth-based wisdom. Furthermore, Tiffany is a 500-RYT certified yoga instructor, ACE and XFS personal trainer, and has been an avid competitor in expedition adventure racing with some of the most elite performers in the world. She is also founder of Mothers Moving Mountains in Colorado where she facilitates womens’ circles and mountain retreats for mothers.
Her dual walks of life combine to provide a perspective that is both unique and relatable to all women — the perspective of an empowered woman tirelessly devoted to her craft as well as a sensitive woman who knows she needs nourishment, self-love, and restoration to be her best.
Tiffany was born in San Diego, native land of the Kumeyaay, but now resides in Colorado, native to the Arapaho, with her fiance, Aaron, and four year-old son, Tre.
